PIEZOCONE PENETRATION TEST (CPTu)

The System manufactured by GEOMIL (NETHERLAND) consists of:

Ø  20 tons Pusher/Puller including depth transducer for ensure the rate of penetration (2cm/s)

Ø  Hydraulic Power Pack

Ø  Geomil equipment’s GME-500 logger

Ø  CPTu Probe complete with loadcell, friction, pore pressure and inclination transducers. All data were transferred to the datalogger through the cable of 100m length.

Ø  CPT Rods conical thread 1-meter length and diameter of 36mm

Ø  CPTTask v 1.48 - Software for interpretation

Ø  Inclinometer sensor for CPT probe.

Ø  Laptop.
