The Corporation charter capital is approximately 5 billion VND (State-owned capital accounts for 0%). On September 15, 2021, Vmec - Geo has successfully obtained the certificate of quality control system ISO 17025:2017 in September 2021 by BTN Viet Nam Consultant Company Limited.

Vmec - Geo currently has 20 employees, including 02 Ph.D. scientists, 03 Masters of Engineering and M.B.A, and more than 10 skilled engineers, bachelor, architect and technicians specialized in different fields such as bridges, roads, geology, topography, hydrology, environment, economy, finance, business management more, with training from both domestic and international institutions.

VMEC-GEO was established with the desire to provide the best data on survey items including: Geotechnical survey, topographic survey, geophysical survey and hydrographic survey to provide assurance for the design of construction projects.
